Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NextScripts Corp (“NextScripts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the NextScripts Store at nextscripts.net and related store accounts, licensing, support, and communications, including NextScripts pages that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
NextScripts Corp is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy. NextScripts is a New Jersey corporation based in the United States. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@nextscripts.com.
1. Personal information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services.

- Order and billing information: billing address, country, tax-related information, products purchased, subscription term, order history, currency, payment method, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment card and financial account information is processed by the payment provider offered at checkout. NextScripts does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
- Support and communications: messages, support tickets, attachments, diagnostic information, survey responses, and other information you choose to send us.
- Marketing preferences: newsletter subscriptions, consent records, and unsubscribe choices.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and security or error logs.
- Store and session information: shopping-cart contents, session identifiers, login status, cookie choices, and account activity.
- License and technical information: license or activation key, activation status, product and version, website domain or URL, WordPress and PHP versions, update checks, and technical data reasonably needed to activate, update, secure, troubleshoot, or prevent unauthorized use of a product.
Information from other sources
We may receive transaction status, fraud signals, billing details, or updated contact information from payment providers and other service providers. If you communicate with us through a third-party platform, we may receive the information that platform permits you to share.
We do not ask you to provide passwords for your social-network accounts through the Store. Credentials or content that you enter into a NextScripts product are generally handled by that product as described in its interface and documentation. If a feature uses NextScripts-hosted infrastructure, we process the technical data and content needed to provide that feature.

3. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers that host or secure the Services, process payments, deliver email, provide analytics, manage customer support, or perform other services on our behalf. Depending on the options shown at checkout, payment providers may include PayPal, Stripe, or Coinbase.

4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Store, keep items in your cart, maintain sessions, authenticate accounts, remember choices, prevent fraud, and understand how the Services perform.
- Strictly necessary cookies support checkout, carts, accounts, security, and other functions you request. The Store cannot operate properly without them.
- Preference cookies remember settings and choices.
- Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand traffic and improve the Services.
- Marketing cookies, if enabled, help measure campaigns or provide relevant marketing.
Where required by law, we request consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can use the cookie controls displayed on the Services or your browser settings to manage cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout, login, or other Store functions from working.
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting these signals, our Services may not respond to every Do Not Track signal. We recognize legally required browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where applicable.
5. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide products and support, maintain security and business records, comply with tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention also depends on the nature and sensitivity of the information and applicable legal requirements.
Our typical retention periods are:
- account information: while the account is active and generally for up to two years afterward;
- orders, invoices, payments, tax, and refund records: generally seven years;
- license, activation, and update records: for the license or subscription term and generally up to three years afterward;
- support records: generally three years after the request is closed;
- routine server and security logs: generally up to 90 days, unless needed longer to investigate an incident;
- marketing records: until you unsubscribe, plus a limited suppression record so we can honor your choice.
Backups may retain information for a limited additional period before being overwritten. We may keep information longer when required by law, subject to a legal hold, or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may retain de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted transmission where appropriate, access controls, system monitoring, updates, backups, and restrictions on access to personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and for keeping your login credentials and activation keys confidential. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or key has been compromised.
7. International data transfers
NextScripts is located in the United States, and personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have privacy laws different from those in your country.
Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use an approved transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your personal information.
8. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- know whether we process your personal information and access or receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent;
- opt out of direct marketing and, where applicable, targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or qualifying profiling;
- appeal our decision on a privacy request, where applicable; and
- not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
You can update certain account details and manage subscriptions from your Store account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. Transactional, security, support, and service messages are not marketing messages and may continue while you have an account, order, license, or active subscription.
To exercise a privacy right, email privacy@nextscripts.com. Please describe your request and the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your account. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal.
Residents of the EEA or United Kingdom may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where they live or work or where they believe a violation occurred. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.
9. Information about children
The Services are intended for adults and business users. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where they live, to make a purchase. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@nextscripts.com.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to payment providers, social networks, WordPress, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. NextScripts products may interact with third-party platforms at your direction, but NextScripts does not control those platforms or their privacy practices.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or the law. We will post the revised Policy and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information already collected, we will provide additional notice or request consent when required by law.
