Refunds

Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are completely optional.
If you prefer, you may purchase a one-time license instead. A subscription is simply a convenient way to keep your license active without needing to renew manually each year.
Automatic Renewal
When you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or through your payment provider (such as PayPal), depending on how your order was placed.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals only. Your current subscription remains active until its expiration date.
Renewal Reminders
We don’t like surprise renewals any more than you do.
That’s why we send reminder emails before every automatic renewal:
- 30 days before renewal
- 7 days before renewal
- 1 day before renewal
Each reminder contains a direct link and simple instructions explaining how to cancel if you no longer wish to renew.
To ensure you receive these notices, please add our email address to your safe sender list and check your spam folder if necessary.
Renewal Charges
Renewal payments are processed automatically on the renewal date unless the subscription has been cancelled beforehand.
Because renewal reminders are sent in advance and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before renewal, completed renewal payments are generally non-refundable.
